The Teacher’s Attendance and Roll Book forms are designed for keeping classroom attendance records on a monthly basis. The roll book page is intended to be printed for each month and will keep records for 26 students.
Use your own key to identify attendance-related events such as entering “A” for Absent or “T” for Tardy and “N” for No School. This is a simple form that is easy to use.
