This Microsoft Word document is a very basic, blank gift certificate template.
This simple tempalte can be edited so you can add your company information. You can then print and fill out the document.
It was intentionally designed without fancy colors or pictures that aren’t always printer friendly. It can be printed in black and white very quickly.
We recommend that you insert your company logo in the bottom left side of each gift certificate. Otherwise, you can simply have an employee sign the gift certificate for authenticity.
