This General Contract Agreement is a binding contract between two parties.
In this basic contract, both parties can both write what they plan to bring to the agreement. After it is filled out and agreed, the agreement must be signed by the two parties and witnessed by two parties.
In some cases, the parties may also choose to have the document notarized for legal purposes.
